My Version of TikTok's Viral Sleepy Girl Mocktail for a Good Night’s Sleep


This year I have been all about setting a better routine and I found it easier to reach those goals when I got a good night’s sleep. I’ve always struggled with sleep, but once I discovered the viral Sleepy Girl Mocktail with 2.9 million views on TikTok, I knew I had to try it!

Sleep aids like melatonin and magnesium never seemed to work for me, so I was skeptical at first - but it really works! Everyone has their own take on this mocktail, but mine has a cherry, orange, and herbal flavor. It’s the perfect beverage to sip on in a fancy glass an hour or so before bed and puts me in a restful slumber every time. Scroll down for the recipe!

RECIPE:

SLEEPY TIME MOCKTAIL

1 Serving


Ingredients:

Tart cherry juice

Orange Poppi Prebiotic Soda

Sleep Tincture (I used this one)

Dried orange slice for garnish, optional


Directions:

1) Add ice to a glass.

2) Fill glass halfway with tart cherry juice.

3) Stir in sleep tincture, being sure to follow recommended serving on package.

4) Add Poppi soda to fill and garnish with a dried orange slice, if desired.
