3 Ways to Style Your Jumpsuit

As soon as September begins I start thinking about everything fall- including fashion. September is one of those months where the mornings are crisp and cool, and the days are hot. Sometimes it's hard to decide what to wear. Wearing layers is an easy way to transition into fall and to be prepared for drastic temperature changes, but sometimes a t-shirt and a cardigan just doesn't cut it.

Wearing a jumpsuit is my favorite way to transition between seasons. They still have a summery feel to them, but they provide a little more warmth than a typical sundress. Jumpsuits are one of those staple pieces that automatically make you feel put together, plus they don't require much effort in order to look cute. But how do you transition them into fall without feeling chilly in the morning or after the sun goes down? I'm going to show you three fun ways to layer your jumpsuit, to make your transition into fall a little more fun!

Bomber jackets started making a comeback last year and they aren't going anywhere! Another trend that is big right now are slip-on sneakers. There are so many fun pairs- from embossed leather to embroidery, crushed velvet, pearl accents and more! Pairing a bomber jacket and slip-on sneakers with a jumpsuit is a fun way to step up your style. It gives off a sporty-chic vibe (even if you pair it with florals and pinks like me!) It is the perfect outfit for hanging out with girlfriends on the weekends and comfy enough to run errands in!

Another trend that has made it's way into fashion are pieces that are 90's inspired. Layering a plain white tee under a strappy tank top or dress is an easy way to represent this trend. I paired my tee with a jumpsuit and block heel sandals. It's a simple way to step up your look and a fun way to layer in preparation for fall. Give this look an extra 90's flair by accessorizing with a choker!

Since it is almost fall, it's finally time to whip out your favorite cargo jacket again! I'm glad these jackets are still popular this year! They are the perfect fall jacket, I own the classic olive, but camo print and rust colored jackets are going to be this years take on the popular style. Layer your jumpsuit with a cargo jacket, floppy hat and peep toe booties when it starts getting chilly for the ultimate fall look!

These three looks are a fun way to style your jumpsuits and step up your layers! I hope I made your transition into fall a little easier and more stylish!
